Accessibility statement

Remotablix LLC is committed to making this website and our service accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We work to meet the standards set out below and we welcome feedback when we fall short.

Last updated: 20 September 2026 ยท Contact: [email protected]

Our commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and to honor the spirit of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) in how we present information and serve customers. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing responsibility rather than a one-time project, and we review the site regularly as content changes.

What we have done

Known limitations

We continue to review the site and will note any areas where we know accessibility can be improved. The patch-panel navigation uses a small decorative cable drawn with styles; the link text and labels remain fully readable to assistive technology, and the decoration can be ignored without loss of meaning. If you encounter an element that does not work as expected, please tell us so that we can address it.

Assistance by other means

If any part of this website or our service presents a barrier, we will provide the information or assistance you need through another channel. A coordinator can read content to you, arrange a telephone conversation in place of a form, or correspond by email in a format that suits you. We do not require anyone to use a particular channel in order to reach us.

Third-party content

We do not host third-party content that we cannot control, and this website loads no external resources. Where we describe a third-party system, we do so in our own words rather than embedding material we cannot make accessible.

Training and awareness

Our coordinators and engineers receive guidance on serving customers who use assistive technology, and on responding thoughtfully when a barrier is reported. We treat an accessibility report with the same urgency as any other service matter, and we follow it through to a resolution.

How to report a barrier

Please contact [email protected] and describe what you were trying to do and what happened. If you prefer, call the coordinator desk on +1 (312) 555-0182 or write to Remotablix LLC, 200 W Madison St, Suite 2100, Chicago, IL 60606, United States. We aim to acknowledge every report within one business day and to provide a workaround promptly while any underlying issue is addressed.

Ongoing review

We revisit this statement as the website changes and as our understanding of best practice develops. When we improve something, we update the date at the top of this page. Accessibility is part of the same standard of care that shapes our managed remote access service, and we hold ourselves to it consistently.
