Straight answers to the questions we hear most

These are the questions our coordinators hear most often. If yours is not here, a short note to the coordinator desk will get you a straight answer.

What exactly does Remotablix do?

We plan, set up and operate secure remote access for business teams in the United States. Our engineers design the access model, arrange identity checks and run the day-to-day service, including assisted support and record keeping. Your team supplies decisions; we carry the work.

Do we need to obtain or run anything ourselves?

No. The service is operated for you from end to end. Your people reach the systems they need using their normal working habits, and everything that supports that access sits with our team. There is nothing for your staff to set up, keep current or retire.

How long does onboarding take?

A straightforward organization can move from scoping to steady operation in a few weeks. Larger or more sensitive environments take longer, and we will tell you honestly which category you fall into after the first conversation rather than promising a figure designed to win the work.

How is access decided?

Through access design. We define groups by role, list the resources each group may reach, set the conditions for a session and agree how often the model is reviewed. Sensitive resources receive an additional check at the moment of access.

What happens when someone leaves the company?

A manager tells their coordinator, and we close the person's access promptly so nothing lingers. Departures are processed as part of the monthly service at no extra charge.

Do you support organizations in every state?

Yes. We serve business organizations in all fifty states and the District of Columbia. Support windows are aligned to your local business hours, and specific arrangements for unusual hours can be agreed at scoping.

How do you keep records?

We keep access records, change notes and session summaries in an orderly form, written in business language. Named contacts at your organization can request any record, and we produce a periodic review report for leadership.

What does the service cost?

A monthly service fee that reflects the size of your team, starting at $690 per month for up to twenty-five people. Access design, onboarding, identity checks, the coordinator desk and your records are all included within that figure.

Can we cancel?

Yes. The agreement is month to month with thirty days' written notice. Where a cancellation follows a recent invoice, our refund policy sets out a pro-rata refund within a fourteen day window and explains how to request it.

Who will we speak to?

A named coordinator who follows your engagement from the first call onward. You will not be passed between anonymous queues, and context will not have to be rebuilt every time you make contact.

What if something goes wrong during a session?

A coordinator stays present during every assisted session, can pause if a boundary looks wrong and records what happened. If the event reveals a gap in the design, we adjust the model through the normal review cycle.

Do you work with regulated organizations?

Yes. We support organizations in inspected and regulated fields, and we shape our records to be legible to the reviewer in question, whether that is an examiner, an insurer or an accreditation body.

Where are you based?

Our office is at 200 W Madison St, Suite 2100, Chicago, IL 60606. The coordinator desk can be reached on +1 (312) 555-0182, and the service desk on +1 (312) 555-0177.

How do we start?

Send a short note through the contact page or the request form on our pricing page. A coordinator will reply within one business day to arrange a scoping call, with no obligation and no charge for the conversation.
