Remotablix pricing is a straightforward monthly service fee. Onboarding, access design and the initial configuration are included within the engagement rather than billed as a separate project, so the cost you approve is the cost you see in the months that follow.

Every plan includes access design, identity checks, assisted support during business hours, records and periodic review. There is no separate charge for a scoping call or for the initial design work.

No surcharge for change
Joins, role changes and departures are part of the service, not billable extras.
Cancel with notice
Month-to-month terms with thirty days' written notice, and pro-rata refunds within a fourteen day window.
Billing in plain terms
The service is billed monthly in advance. Invoices are issued on the first business day of each month and payable within fifteen days. Payment is by bank transfer or card, and your billing contact receives the invoice directly. If a team grows mid-year, the plan is adjusted with the next month's invoice and there is never a catch-up charge for the change itself. A billing contact of your choosing receives each invoice directly, and your coordinator is happy to walk through any line of it if a question arises.
What the fee does not depend on
The monthly fee does not rise because a request is unusual, because a colleague needs help on a busy afternoon, or because a role changes partway through the month. Change is the normal condition of a working business, and our pricing is built to absorb it rather than to itemize it. Your coordinator will raise a conversation about fees only when the size of the team itself changes, and then only to keep the plan accurate.
