What our team plans, sets up and runs for you

Service · Full managed stackCoverage · United StatesResponse · 1 business day

Remotablix delivers a single managed remote access service, delivered end to end by our engineers. Each part below describes work that our team performs for your organization, not something your staff are asked to take on.

Discovery and scoping

We interview the people who own the work, list the systems in play, and agree the boundaries of the engagement in plain language.

Access design

Our engineers translate roles into access patterns, defining who may reach which resource and under what conditions.

Identity and verification

We tie each session to a verified identity, add second checks for sensitive resources and align the rules with how you approve people.

Onboarding

We bring each group online in stages, test the paths that matter, and confirm that everyday work feels unchanged.

Service desk

A coordinator desk answers questions, arranges assisted sessions and keeps managers informed through one trusted channel.

Records and review

We keep access records, change notes and session summaries, then review the whole picture on a regular cycle.

How the service fee is structured

Remotablix charges a monthly service fee that reflects the size and complexity of your team. Onboarding, design work and the initial configuration are included in the engagement at no cost to you as a separate line item. There is no large up-front commitment and no surprise project invoice halfway through.

As your team grows or shrinks, we adjust the access patterns and the fee with the same monthly rhythm. A single agreement, a single invoice and a single coordinator keep the arrangement easy to administer.

What changes for your people

Very little, and that is the point. Once the service is in place, colleagues reach the systems they need from wherever they are working, using the same work habits they already have. The difference is behind the scenes: access is deliberate, verified and recorded.

For managers

Managers send a short request when someone joins, changes role or leaves, and they receive confirmation when the change is complete. Nothing is left half-finished because a busy week intervened.

For finance and leadership

Finance sees a predictable monthly figure, and leadership receives summaries that describe access in the language of risk and control. When an insurer or auditor asks how remote access is managed, the answer is already written.

For the people doing the work

Your colleagues keep working. When a question arises, a coordinator answers it; when a colleague is stuck, an assisted session resolves it with a record left behind.

What we do not ask of you

We do not ask your team to plan the access model, to configure anything, or to keep track of moving parts. That is our work. Your organization provides the people, the policy decisions and the priorities; Remotablix provides the engineering, the operation and the records.

Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation and a written summary. If you would like to see how the service would look for your team, contact our coordinator desk and we will arrange a short call.
