Our statement
Remotablix LLC does not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the preceding twelve months, and we have no plans to begin. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes beyond operating our service.
What "sell" and "share" mean
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, "sell" generally means exchanging personal information for money or other valuable consideration, and "share" generally means disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because our business is a managed service provided to organizations, we do not engage in either practice.
Your rights as a California resident
- The right to know what categories of personal information we collect and how we use them.
- The right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- The right to request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal limits.
- The right to request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- The right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
- The right to limit the use of sensitive personal information.
- The right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your rights.
Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of. You may nevertheless submit a request and we will confirm our position in writing.

Include your name, the email address associated with your dealings with us, and the right you wish to exercise. An authorized representative may submit a request on your behalf with written permission. We will verify your identity before acting, using information we already hold, and we will respond within the time required by law — generally within forty-five days, with an additional period where a request is complex.
What we need from you
To protect you, we confirm identity before disclosing or deleting information. We ask for enough detail to match your request to our records, and we do not ask for more than we need. We will not deny a request solely because you are exercising a privacy right.
Global Privacy Control
We honor opt-out preference signals to the extent they apply. Because we do not sell or share personal information, an opt-out signal simply confirms a state of affairs that already exists. We do not treat such a signal as a reason to degrade your experience.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen, and we do not sell or share the personal information of anyone, including minors.
Changes
If our practices ever change, we will update this notice and explain the change clearly before it takes effect. As of the date above, no sale or sharing occurs.
