Identity checks that decide who reaches what

Service · Identity checksCoverage · United StatesResponse · 1 business day

Identity work is what turns a connection into a controlled one. Remotablix confirms who is asking for access, matches that person to a role, and applies extra checks where a resource deserves them. Every step is operated by our team.

Who is connecting, and as whom

A remote session is only as trustworthy as the identity behind it. We begin by confirming that a person is who they claim to be, and by binding that identity to a role your organization has approved. If the person leaves the company or changes role, the binding changes with them, on the same day.

This is why identity work sits at the center of the service rather than at the edge. Access is granted to verified people in defined roles, never to an address or a device on its own.

Verified identity

Each person is confirmed before access is arranged, and re-confirmed when their role changes.

Second checks

Sensitive resources require an additional confirmation beyond the first, arranged and operated by our desk.

Time bounds

Where access is temporary, we attach an expiry so that it closes on its own at the agreed moment.

Approval links

We align our checks with whatever approval route your organization already trusts, rather than inventing a new one.

When trust must be earned twice

For payroll, personnel files, patient administration or customer funds, a single confirmation is not enough. In those cases we add a second check at the moment of access: a fresh confirmation from the person, or an approval from a named manager, depending on how your organization prefers to work. The extra step is brief and becomes routine quickly.

What this looks like in a working day

A new analyst joins and is placed in a role group. Routine resources are available the same morning. The first time the analyst needs the finance area, a second check is requested, a manager confirms, and access is granted for the period agreed. Everything is recorded.

No one has to remember a complicated procedure. The checks happen where they belong and the coordinator desk handles the coordination.

Identity hygiene over time

Identity work is never finished, because organizations keep moving. People join, change role and leave; suppliers arrive and depart; projects start and close. Remotablix keeps the identity picture current as part of the monthly service, so stale access does not accumulate quietly in the background.

Working with your existing approval routes

Most organizations already have a way of approving people for sensitive tasks, whether that is a manager's sign-off or a formal request. We line our second checks up with that existing route rather than asking you to adopt a new one. The result feels familiar to your managers while still satisfying the requirement that sensitive access is confirmed deliberately.

All of this is our work, not yours. Your managers make the people decisions; our engineers and coordinators keep identity and access in step. To see how identity checks would work for your team, contact a coordinator.
