Remotablix LLC ("Remotablix", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we protect it and the choices available to you. It applies to this website and to the managed remote access service we provide to business customers in the United States.

Information we collect

We collect business contact information that you or your organization provides when you contact us, request a quote or become a customer. This typically includes your name, company, work email address, telephone number, team size, state and a short description of what you need. During an engagement we also process the limited identity and access details required to operate the service, such as a person's name, role and the resources their role may reach.

We do not collect financial account numbers, government identifiers or special category data through this website. We do not use the website to build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other sites.

How we use information

We process personal information on the basis of performing our contract with your organization, our legitimate business interests in operating and improving the service, and compliance with law. Where consent is required, we ask for it separately and you may withdraw it at any time.

Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. We disclose information only to service providers who support our operations under written contracts that limit their use of the data, and to authorities where the law requires it. A current list of categories of service providers is available on request.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request a copy of it, to request its deletion, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond operating our service. You have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

To submit a request, email [email protected] or use the instructions on our Do Not Sell or Share page. We will verify your identity before acting on a request and will respond within the time required by law.

Visitors from the European Union

Where the GDPR applies to a visitor, we act as a data controller for enquiry data and rely on legitimate interests or consent as appropriate. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing. Our handling of EU personal information follows the same care described in this policy, and we honor GDPR rights to the extent they apply.

Data retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to answer it and for a reasonable period afterwards. Customer records are retained for the term of the engagement plus the period described in our service documentation, generally twenty-four months, so that questions arising at the end of a relationship can still be answered. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

Security measures

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These include access controls tied to roles, the principle of least privilege, encrypted network connections, logging of access to sensitive systems and regular review of who holds access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk continuously.

Children

Our service is provided to businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the date at the top and, where a change is significant, provide additional notice. Continued use of our website or service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
