During an engagement we also process the limited identity and access details required to operate the service, such as a person's name, role and the resources their role may reach.
We do not collect financial account numbers, government identifiers or special category data through this website. We do not use the website to build profiles of visitors, and we do not track you across other sites.

Customer records are retained for the term of the engagement plus the period described in our service documentation, generally twenty-four months, so that questions arising at the end of a relationship can still be answered. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

These include access controls tied to roles, the principle of least privilege, encrypted network connections, logging of access to sensitive systems and regular review of who holds access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to reduce risk continuously.
Children
Our service is provided to businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the date at the top and, where a change is significant, provide additional notice. Continued use of our website or service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
